Any detail message printed in console and at JIRA side?

When this is happening, please check console log at QB side to see if there are any detail messages being printed for this.

Have you used apache/ngix to proxy QuickBuild? Please tell me your version of QuickBuild, Jira and QuickBuild for Jira plugin?

Sorry for delay, we are in holiday period now. We are using apache. QB version is 5.0.10 JIRA version is 5.1.2 JIRA plugin version is 5.0.4.
Please note that I added another QuickBuild server to the same jira and it works (with different version of quickbuild - 4.X).

Please try upgrading your QuickBuild server and JIRA plugin to the latest, we should have fixed this issue already. See QB-1586.

It strange. It worked fine with QB 4.0.5 and doesn't work with 5.0.10....
