| When this is happening, please check console log at QB side to see if there are any detail messages being printed for this. |

Looks like in this case the plugin used at JIRA side does not match QB version? |

Have you used apache/ngix to proxy QuickBuild? Please tell me your version of QuickBuild, Jira and QuickBuild for Jira plugin? |

Sorry for delay, we are in holiday period now. We are using apache. QB version is 5.0.10 JIRA version is 5.1.2 JIRA plugin version is 5.0.4. Please note that I added another QuickBuild server to the same jira and it works (with different version of quickbuild - 4.X). Thanks, Inessa |

It strange. It worked fine with QB 4.0.5 and doesn't work with 5.0.10....

Have you upgraded your QuickBuild server and JIRA plugin to the latest? What's the status? Please let me know your result and if no any problem, I'd close this issue. |
