If you run a build to a specified Changelist and make the entered changelist greater than HEAD then whatever was entered shows as the actual changelist in Quickbuild. (ie if HEAD = 777452 and your sync to 778000 then quickbuild will show 778000)
Ideally we would like to see the actual HEAD Changelist that were used for the build instead of the value entered. This can be misleading if refering to this build later.

Description

If you run a build to a specified Changelist and make the entered changelist greater than HEAD then whatever was entered shows as the actual changelist in Quickbuild. (ie if HEAD = 777452 and your sync to 778000 then quickbuild will show 778000)
