We have a large number of agents connected to QB 3.1 (and the number will keep growing a lot). When one of the agents goes down because of any problem in the machine, we have to do a long search to see which agent is missing to bring it back up.
Is it possible to add a feature in which agents that go down are listed on the grid page, at least for some time? In this way, we would know immediately which agents we need to fix.
