Its really a difficult task to maintain users as QB can display only 25 users per page and its not alphabetically sorted by default. So, every time I have to add/modify a user's permission. I sort the users alphabetically, then navigate to page where that user could be found (it takes me 2/3 page clicks to find it out). Then add/modify/delete the user.

There are cases when certain users ahve left and I need to delete those and it becomes very difficult to find out current activity of the users. So, it would be really preferred, if you are addign the feature of finding users, then also add a column which shows "Last access" by the user. You can add that column on the "User Management" page along with columns like "Login Name", "Full Name" etc. Hence, it'll be easy to sort the users based on activity and that'll be a really useful feature.

Regards,
Amit
