Would it be possible to sort alfabetically in all text selection boxes by default? For example, when choosing groups for a user or when selecting steps to include in a sequential composition step. When lists go over 20 lines, it's harder to find what we're looking for.

Please make sure we have option to control sorting (on/off), today we read in values for selection control of a text file and would not like that sorted.

Do you mean that the alphabetically sorting should not apply to "prompt as selection" variables since the order is already specified by user?

Yes for "prompt as selection" and user defined sorting.

But i do see a usage in some cases where sorting will help so we may need both ways.
