I installed the quickbuild app 3.10 with no problem on my windows 2003 server. My jira is on a Linux system though with mysql db. It displays error on item "Project" on dashboard... it also does not display any components on the Browse project tab. (this is the portion Categories where the issues display.. so i cant even view any existing issues.

this is a word document with screen shots on my issue... I have a test environment i am working on. I have multiple plug in s installed already in Jira that work fine.
I can provide logins to help troubleshoot or view error in Jira 3.13

Do you mean that the page was not able to be rendered once the QuickBuild plugin for JIRA is installed?

Yes the item "project" does not render correctly on the dashboard... also if you go to Browse Project... None of the "Component" show up either.
I will attach a screen shot of the live jira system, so you can see what i normally see. When i remove the Jira quickbuild plug in.. it renders fine. I add it back in, it shows the same errors.

here is a word doc with screenshots without qbuild add in.

One is the browse projects, where the components appear before i add in qb plug in

The second is the home screen, with the "projects" item added into the left side of the screen... this left side view does not appear when i add in the plugin.. it displays an error as shown in the first word doc i attached to this issue.

The QB addin for JIRA only supports JIRA 4.0 or higher. Your JIRA version is 3.13, that is the reason for the issue.

according to jira website for plugins... it lists 3.13 as compatible??? Is this true for all versions? 3.07l . 3.08 and 3.10?

you can see above.. you CLEARLY list 3.13 as compatible?? I tried 3.07, 3.08 and 3.10 plugin versions all with the same error and result

this page also says 3.13 is compatible... but i did find one page that NOW says 4.0, but note, this one still says 3.13...

For screenshot1 which is described in plugins.atlassian.com this is our mistake and we will fix the compatibility description soon. For screenshot2, this is the plugin for QuickBuild to display the issues from JIRA, and it is compatible with JIRA 3.13 or higher. can you point me to the correct plug in version for Jira 4.12, we have a test database to use this plug in now.

Also, can you confirm which versions of Visual Source safe this plugin works with? I am using this tool to communicate VSS info to Jira.
Does this work with TFS 2008, since VSS is integrated into it?

(I just need confirmation if it will work with Jira 4.12 and TFS 2008 or not. )
