Currently all people notified by email are on the "To" list. Would it be possible to somehow specify that some people go on CC instead? Currently I've got different rules for who gets notified based on whether they check code in, or whether they effectively oversee a certain build. Ideally I'd like to have the people that have made changes on the "To" line, but everyone else who is getting the mail to be on the CC line (to help make it clearer who's actually making changes). This could be done when specifying the notification type, i.e. "Email" or "Email CC"...

(a) have manually explicitly subscribed for notifications of certain builds in the "My QB" page => allow to optionally specify at least CC too (default TO is fine; BCC is really only nice to have)
(b) forwards all notifications to a container mailbox for the sake of traceability etc.
