The issue should have been fixed in 14.0, please upgrade to the latest version.

Upgrade QB will take long time to change and test before apply.

The issue is fixed in 10.0.44. I'd like to suggest you upgrade to 14 as a huge number of issues have been fixed since V10.

We will upgrade to higher version but we need to modify our changes and test before apply.
