When editing steps - don't make you have to scroll to the right to see the inherit, edit, add child step, add step before, add step after buttons

Currently when we go to edit steps on our configurations, if you have the available steps section expanded, you then need to scroll to the right in the "Workflow" section to see the buttons to edit the steps. Same goes for the edit buttons inside the "Available Steps" section. Previous versions you did not need to do this. Please have the edit buttons float so they are on the right of the page so we don't have to scroll to select them.

I tried but it works fine. Can you please attach screenshots to demonstrate these two cases?
