Thank you for your advice, Robin. Looks like there are many many idle sessions on the DB. I attached the DB log file for your references.
Please take a backup of database of 9.0.46 from QB's administration menu, and then restore it to QB10 to see if it works. To restore a backup:
/QB10/bin/restore.sh /path/to/backup.zip
