Environment: Server - CentOS 6.7 Agent - Windows 10 Browser: Chrome/IE Step of Reproduce: 1. Login to QB 2. Navigate to Grid 3. Click download button Issue: Loading status is stuck. Possible solutions: Add completion handler to notify browser the generation process is completed and fresh the page.

This works fine at my side. Is there any error in console log of QB server?

Need force refresh the page, then we can see the download option.

Although the loading UI still in progress.

This issue was solve by reset server.
