Hi Support Team,
We set build schedules to check their referenced repositories every 10 minutes, and they trigger the builds automatically if changes found. However, when SCM server is down, these schedules hung up and take the build agents with them until these build requests are cancelled manually. This caused outage of the build agents. Please look into this issue.
