We have some checkouts grouped via sequential step. Disabled a whole group and the repositories are still listed as referenced (so the snapshot taking also takes these repositories). When we disabled the checkout step itself then the repository is not listed as referenced.
So please also consider composite steps and it's disabled status when determining the referenced repositories. Thank you.

We have some checkouts grouped via sequential step. Disabled a whole group and the repositories are still listed as referenced (so the snapshot taking also takes these repositories). When we disabled the checkout step itself then the repository is not listed as referenced.
