Hi PMEase,

We would like to keep audit entries of some of the configurations up to 90 days, but we don't want to keep the entries that long in other configurations. That saves spaces on the QB server and minimizes time of each upgrade (down time) Currently this option is at the System level, so all of the QB configurations/projects have the same configuration. May you provide this option both System and configuration level (which is similar to 'Build Cleanup Strategy')?

This will cause performance issue for instance if system level is set as 90 days and some configurations overrides this to preserve 180 days, now when QB want to clean up audit logs it will need to go through each configuration to make sure their setting is respected, and thus can result in sql queries and updates as many as the number of configurations,which will be a big performance loss.
