  Hi,
   While the QB system was pausing for upgrading to the latest version, the pausing steps were showing "Unkown Reason" I think the reason should be something which is associated with the system pause. Please look into this issue when you have a chance.

When system is paused, QB has an option to specify a reason, and if you did not specify a reason at that time, it will display "unknown reason".
