We had to change the Storage Directory Setting for most of our configs from the original "hierarchical" setting to ${system.storageDir}/${configuration.id}.
Since we did that, Report Aggregation does not work anymore, the reports just don't get updated (if they existed before), or are not created at all (if new Aggregations are created).
