This issue is listed in the 5.1.31 release notes but not resolved here in JIRA. I'm still having trouble where agents show up with "Unknown" for both hostname and IP.

This issue has already been fixed in QB 5.1. However it is not meant to be used for cloud agents, as authorization of cloud agents is using a different mechanism (auto-authorize via cloud profiles).
