Managing permissions across a large number of configurations is very tedious. There would be a few ways to improve the experience:
1. All a wildcard to be specified in the permissions Configuration Path (i.e. Top/*/*/Builds)
2. Make it possible to copy a Configuration Path permission to a new entry.
3. Allow sub-groups to be added to groups for permissions.

Easier group permissions management
I voted for this as we also suffer from this issue. Any of the 3 mentioned improvements would be helpful (especially the 1st one).
