This is a request to add an additional scripted field to the configuration advanced settings.
In the same way that when a build begins the pre-queue and pre-build scripts are run, provide one additional script that will be run when a build is deleted. This would provide a hook so that any meta data created by the build and stored in external systems could be deleted along with the build.
