Figured out that you have to install bzr-xmloutput plugin on Fedora to get the '--xml' option. Feel free to close this bug as invalid.

Thank you for the updating. The '--xml' option is supported by bzr-xmloutput plugin.

QuickBuild still has issue to parse the XML output log. See ~~QB-1850~~.

I will close this issue any way.
