I request to improve it is more function(filter) of RESTful API.

It is more filter when try to get some list from Queue of QB.
It is need when execute QB on external program.

ex)curl -u admin:admin http://localhost:8810/rest/build_requests?configuration_id=46&requester_id=185

 - Now, can use value of "configuration_id" only, But sometimes need more filter value to get a list.
(ex-User"requester_id")

I hope it will be apply to new release of QB and
wait for good news.
