We need to be able to use the RESTful API to GET and SET user attributes for a given agent so the agent picks up the attribute changes real time without a need to restart the agent.
Also, we would like to be able to GET attributes with a specific value.
For example, in 5.0.16, the grid view will only return agents that "have" the attribute, but not filter based on its "value". We want the API to also return an agent that has the attribute or where the attribute value is X.
