The Build Cleanup Strategy runs on a configurable schedule, but it cleans up builds for configs that are paused or have no schedule. We like to keep history of previous releases in order to compare metrics between releases (build success, unit test coverage, etc). So it would be helpful to us if we had an option to not cleanup builds for configs which are:
disabled
paused
no schedule
