When I save varaiables, it looks like they sometime retore to their previous value.
I do access these variables and set them upon some conditions in my build condition script, but the exact same script works fine on version 4.

Variables relevant parts are not changed in QB5. Can you please reproduce this issue and let me know the steps?

Damn you're right, I try to revert back to my previous version and I had the same issue...
I think it may be caused by my evluation script that takes more than the scheduled period, is there a way to prevent the schedule running while the evaluation is in process ?

You may edit the configuration to have it run sequentially (concurrent mode set to disabled) in this case.
