During setup of steps inside Workflow window sometimes I am working with steps which are disabled.
In big build configurations steps which are disabled are hard to find. The prohibition symbol in disabled steps are not visible in Workflow window.
It would be much more visible if this steps would have grey background, like they are presented in Step Status when step is skipped.
All sub-steps of disabled step should be also "greyed".
