Currently when a build runs and fails in QuickBuild, the Issues and SCM Changes tab for the build show JIRA & SVN changes that were made prior to that build. When a subsequent successful build runs, it shows only issue and scm changes since that last *failed* build. It would be preferable if QuickBuild could (optionally?) only "consume" issue & scm changes during a successful build. IE if build 1 succeeds, build 2 fails, and build 3 succeeds, build 3's details should show changes that were made since build 1. The changes that were reported in the failed build 2 should be repeated in the successful build 3.
Our use case is that we would like to look to QuickBuild results to see what issues are new to a given build. When an intervening build has failed, changes made prior to that build are often "lost". Reporting those issues as covered by a failed build (and then *not* covered by the successful build following the failure) is non-intuitive as the changes by definition weren't released if the build failed, and thus no successful build will show those changes.
