Test configuration contains composition step with sequential substeps.
If composition step is executed on selected node it locks workspace so no other step inside it cannot perform copy operation to the same workspace on the node.
Fetch operation is allowed only for composition step. In that case all code must be copied upfront. There is no option for partial copy of code needed by substep to the same workspace.
