Hi,

we love the tray monitor but it seem to have some issues with windows 7. We downloaded the latest version. It start correctly, but afterwards no notifications are displayed, even I have subscribed all projects.
"View/Run Build" works fine. But the History is also empty.
With Windows XP everything was well.

This works fine at my side. Does the tray monitor icon display as a green icon? If not, it might be paused, or has connection problem to server. In case there is a connection problem, the server log will display the cause.

Yes it does display a green icon - i'm connected to qb.

Please make sure that:
1. QB server configured in tray monitor points to the desired QB server, this can be checked via preference menu of tray monitor.
2. Notification check interval is configured correctly via the preference menu of tray monitor. If a very long interval is configured, the notifications will not be displayed timely.
3. Make sure user account configured in preferences menu of tray monitor points to your own account.

If this still does not work, please login to QB web GUI with your account and switch to my page, and add a subscription with below properties:
configuration:root, descendants: true, condition: always, notify through: tray monitor.
Then trigger a build in any configuration to see if tray monitor can display the notification.
