I am running a test server concurrently and periodically migrate my configurations from the live server to the test server.
However, I don't want users getting email from the test server.
Currently this can be accomplished by defining an invalid SMTP server, but this creates errors in the system log which interferes with debugging other issues.
Instead, I would like a checkbox on the 'Email Setting' page or, possibly, the ability to not define an email server, so that no emails are sent.
