I have a TAP report that finished and had an error in it, but it failed to publish the graphic for it on the build overview (http://neovim-qb.szakmeister.net/build/11531). The TAP report is attached.
I found that there were two report sets for mac, one is debug, and the other is release, I can see release has data, while debug has none. And also the file you attached is for release, I can publish it successfully. You can also check below link:
In build overview, as you have lots of report sets, there is a navigation bar at the top of tap reports section (below latest ten commits section), you can click next button to see the reports.

TAP report failed to publish on OS X build agent...
