A new step type *Misc / Send Mail* should be added. (See [Is it possible to send an email from a step?|http://forum.pmease.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3052])

This step type should have the following arguments:
* From address
* To addresses
* Subject
* Body
* Attachments
* Importance (Priority)

If necessary, this step type might be limited to run on the QuickBuild server only.
