We have been using Kerberos SSO for controlling access to our Subversion central repository with great success for the last 2 years (Apache HTTP + mod_auth_kerb). However, when users logon to the CI/ALM server (Quickbuild) they are required to enter their credentials.
Allowing Quickbuild App Server (Tomcat?) to be configured for Kerberos Authentifcation would be a really welcome addition.
Unfortunatly, it doesn't look like mod_auth_kerb works with Tomcat. However, some open-source projet offer an implementation
We are currently in the process of expanding the user based of our software configuration management system / ALM system. Adding this feature to the upcoming Quickbuild release would definitly influence our choice of product.
Thanks,
