The difference between different build notification conditions is not obvious, in particular the difference between BUILD_FAILED and BUILD_BROKEN. Document all of the options in the Manage Build Subscriptions section of the User's Guide or make them match the descriptions used when creating build notifications in a build settings page as they are more descriptive.
