Working with workflow view of project configuration is very useful but it would be much efficient - especially for dry run builds - to have easy and fast option for disabling selected steps (disable would set "never execute" value for execution trigger of a step).
Disabled steps or steps with "Never execute" option should be distinguish from other steps (alpha blending??).
