Working with workflow view of project configuration is very useful but it would be much efficient - especially for dry run builds - to have easy and fast option for disabling selected steps (disable would set "never execute" value for execution trigger of a step).
Disabled steps or steps with "Never execute" option should be distinguish from other steps (alpha blending??).

disable step option directly in workflow view
many times there is need to check some steps deep in configuration, additional clicks to set "Necer execute" option for tasks take time, allowing to disable step directly from steps view might be very valuable feature for early stages of project configuration
