As of 3.x QB is no longer creating valid ClearCase UCM views for repositories configured to create views based on stream info. Instead, it's creating plain CC snapshot views. This is causing custom Perl scripts we have that generate build fingerprints to fail b/c CC UCM stream information cannot be retrieved from the views.
This bug originally appeared in QB 2.1.0. I filed a bug report back then and it was fixed in 2.1.2. It looks like the same issue has reappeared with the 3.1.x upgrade.
