after upgrading to QB 3.1.11, the SCM changes only show one change

| we are using clearcase for SCM tools. |

| Please edit the configuration to turn on debug logging, delete the problematic build, and run build manually again. The cleartool lshistory command used to retrieve changes will be displayed in the build log. You may run that lshistory command directly from command line to see if the result is correct. |
