We tried to implement this feature but find that distinguishing these two permissions violates the concept of build request cancellation. Previously we had other customers requiring that a build request cancellation should not only be able to remove waiting build requests, but also be able to kill a running build, as they both associated with a build request object. We think this makes more sense either conceptual or from a RESTful service aspect (where a build request cancellation is implemented by deleting a build request resource).
So we decide not to implement this feature. |
