Description |
Currently, in QB2, believe that the functionality is to retain the value entered for a variable for the user- the next time things are run, the value shows up again. (Assuming this is retained in a cookie?) For "secure" passwords, values, etc, however, this retention may be undesirable. In addition, we may know that the value of the variable will be specific to a user. Suggest being able to specify on the variable page:
Value retention: drop down (retain for all users, retain for this user, don't retain). |

This can now be achieved by unchecking the remember option when define variable prompting |
