I use a space in value of "Build Properties" section for a step with "Build > MSBuild" type.
In QB 16 spaces are encoded as %20 that breaks the build.
This problem did not exist in QB 15.

QB-4247by encoding some special characters in QB 16.0.2.Please let me know the command you run. You can set the configuration log level to DEBUG and run again then you will see the command you run in the build log.
