search "apache" -> click disable "Apache Ant Integration" -> auto reload -> search again not work

expected:
     search "apache" -> click disable "Apache Ant Integration" -> no reload -> click disable "Apache Maven Integration" -> no reload -> search again ...

This will be fixed in QB16 soon on Feb. 2026.
