We need to get the data for all successful, failed, timed out builds ran from 1-Oct-2022 till 31-March-2023 to measure the build success rate and the improvements in last 2 quarters. Could you please let us know how to achieve this?

You may search builds with restful api, and then calculate desired metrics as necessary:
