| Description |
|
We use authentication via Jira server. This weekend IT moved Jira to a different machine.
Now I tried to update the machine name in QB. however, I'm unable to log in to QB, neither with local Guest or Administrator account. I always get this message, no details available. Page Expires the session is inactive for a long time and is expired to reduce server memory usage. |

Please login with root account which will never go to external authentcator. If you forget root account, please uncomment below line in "conf/wrapper.conf":
# wrapper.java.additional.3=-Dreset And then restart QB server. Root account name and password will be printed in console log then. |
