We use authentication via Jira server. This weekend IT moved Jira to a different machine.
Now I tried to update the machine name in QB. however, I'm unable to log in to QB, neither with local Guest or Administrator account.
I always get this message, no details available.

the session is inactive for a long time and is expired to reduce server memory usage.

Please login with root account which will never go to external authentcator. If you forget root account, please uncomment below line in "conf/wrapper.conf":
# wrapper.java.additional.3=-Dreset

And then restart QB server. Root account name and password will be printed in console log then.
