When using the "prompt as date time input" and defaulting the value to be empty and making this a required field. When the user is prompted to enter a value, if the either tab over the field or click in the textbox (and then the modal of the date time picker is displayed) but don't select a date and click outside of the modal, the textbox populates with todays date and sets the time to 12:00. This should remain empty as the user did not select anything though.
