ClearCase uses the RPC protocol which is hard-coded to a limit of 16 groups. When using a view stgloc for ClearCase repositories membership in more than 16 groups causes mkview to fail.

Adding settings to the ClearCase repository configuration in QB to support this (checkbox to use setgroup-swap, which then enables a field to set the value of CLEARCASE_GROUPS) would greatly simplify our use of QuickBuild with ClearCase.
