Recently, we experienced the following timeout issue many times on QBuild.
This issue hinders our automated build, and affect our sw productivity. Is there any fix version for this kind of issue? Anyway, I found out the similar issue and solution while searching the kind of issue on internet. | This is not the same problem as in the screenshot, as Jetty is now 9.4.14. Is this error failing some of your steps? If so, please show me the failed step log. |

I have attached additional three files:
- CI-QBuild-Failed List.png : it shows developers' build failed when the timeout issue occurred. - CI-QBuild-StepLog-2019.0.0.541 : This is step log of one of failed builds in CI-QBuild - CI-QBuild-BuildAgentLogs : This is the log of Build Agents sied when the timeout issue occurred. As you may remember, we updated CI-QBuild to v8.0.8 because of Git Issue last year. Is there any similar issue in other customer site?? I checked jetty v9.2.20 is running in Build Agent Machine. Recently, this kind of issue frequently occurs. so we're very serious.. If you need more information, please let me know |

| Sorry I did not notice that you are still on QB 8.0.8. Please upgrade to latest QB9 which comes with Jetty version 9.4.14 |

Robin,
As I heard, our maintenance expired already in Feb. We need to make sure that the issue I reported does not occur in the latest version of Quick Build before the renewal. Is there a way we can see the issue in the latest version without paying for it for a period of time? |
