Inactive Nodes will not become Active

Server running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (X86_64)
Java: 1.8.0_191 (OpenJDK 64-bit Server VM (build 25.191-b12)

Build agents (3 Windows and 1 Liinux) keep reporting as Inactive Nodes. They were all operational after the upgrade to Quickbuild 8.0.

I have reinstalled the buildagent agent on one of the computers as well as "Unauthorize" the Inactive Nodes. They immediately show up in the Unauthorized Nodes list. Authorizing again moves them to Inactive and they do not move any farther.

There are currently 51 active nodes.
