It is useful to see the node attributes (both system and user) in the grid tab. However, giving a user access to these attributes also allows them to be changed by that user.
This came as a surprise to us when a user accidentally modified a value and builds started failing unexpectedly.
Obviously, we want the ability to change these values in some instances, but in general this is only administrator should be going this. This is a request to make the System and User attributes of a node visible in the build grid, while limiting the ability to update the User attributes to specific users.
